Ask the Stars: Wordbuilding

This post is part of oracle rolls for my shounen Fate accelerated game. Here I'm creating a scenario using Ask the Stars oracle (by Chris McDowall) and specially Recluse oracle (by Grave Utterance). The big value of this kind of post is to see how other player (me) interpret and uses one abstract oracle for complex questions.

What's the major concept of this setting? 

Ask the Stars: 2(the wings) and 3(entombed) 

Pedrada is the forbidden city of angelic automatons. Deprived from feelings they're existence is all about serving the villages at the base of the rock. But Darius have fallen in love with a human and they are fugitive into the city. Find them, kill the human.

The region has electricity?

Recluse (probably does): no, but.

Not in the formal sense. The city and the villages are lit by sins and crimes. The dream of the mechsnical angels is to see a blackout in the forbidden city, but the humans are sinners by nature.

Is this a post industrial society?

Recluse (probably is): yes

There's anything mechanical but the angels? 

Recluse (probably is): the premise of the question is wrong because...

This is a post-industrial region. People are becoming sterile because of the pollution and they are trying to create their own version of angels,The Pinochios. They are brought to life by the sin-energy and are called sons and daughters by a lot of families. Crimes arised.

There's gunpowder in this scenario? 

Recluse (probably has): no and.

The mechanical-god-boulder forbids all weapons. The only combat allowed is martial combat. Every 3 months there's a city tournament until death to please the angels and bring blessings to the city.
